SEARING URGENCY A top speed of 190 mph and a 0-60 mph sprint time of just 4.8 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds) makes the V8 Vantage S an intense and dynamic driving experience. SPORTSHIFT II TRANSMISSION Fitted as standard is an all-new, seven-speed “Sportshift II” paddle-operated transmission. Featuring closer gear ratios and a shorter final-drive ratio, the V8 Vantage S has exceptional in-gear acceleration. Sportshift II allows the driver to take an increased level of control, modulating the throttle pedal to achieve the desired type of gear change. AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON One press of the exquisite glass ‘Sport’ button quickens the gear change and gives the driver a more aggressive throttle response, while also opening the exhaust bypass valves across most of the engine speed range.
